Chris Christie is the real deal

Its been a while since a politician has come along that seems to have that intangible gravitas and the willingness to speak straight forwardly on the issues. The Governor of New Jersey may have a future in politics....if he can fix NJ then he can fix anything.

Anyway, here is another video of him speaking truth to power. Keep your good eye on this guy....we may be hearing his name much more often in the future.

My man crush

Colonel Allen West should be President.....bottom line. America needs leadership of this caliber. This guy speaks the hard truths with an understanding our current White House occupant cannot fake with teleprompters. I hope he wins his election for the
House of Representatives in Florida and eventually seeks national office.

You want real intelligence and real integrity leading our country into the depths of the 21st century, keep your good eye on this man.

I just cant get enough of Colonel West. Every time he speaks Im listening.

More awesomeness from Lt. Col. Allen West

Saw this over at Hot Air and had to post it. This guy is the real deal. I mean, line up behind for battle, real deal. Every time i hear him speak, i want to stand up and fight for our country. Thats what a President should sound like. I know its crazy premature and a little out there but President Lt. Col. Allen West has a sweet ring to it. Why not right?

I just love this guy and wish i lived in his district so i could campaign for him. He gives me hope that America has leaders out there to point the way through the mess liberals have made of our country.

Get Lt. Col. West to Congress, Floridians!

Lt. Col. Allen West Tax Day Tea Party speech

By way of Clifton B. over at Another Black Conservative, one of my favorite candidates for Congress in 2010, Lt. Col. Allen West, gave another great speech on Tax Day that is worth your ear for a few ticks.

Washington needs men like this....the country needs men like this....cross your fingers that Florida voters get this one right.

Lt. Col. Allen West's Tax Day Tea Party Speech

Florida, please, please, please send Lt. Col. Allen West to Washington! We need representatives like him in Washington in the worse way. Come on Florida, America is counting on you.

Run Herman Run

I just discovered Herman Cain a few months ago and every time i hear him speak i become a bigger fan. His speech at the SRLC was awesome.

Here is an interview he gave at the event.

They say his hints at running for President are serious, well i say, do it Mr. Cain. His remarkable insight, along with his unique combination of wisdom and common sense solutions are exactly what America needs right now. He would get people excited about voting for him, i guarantee it....

I guess we will see, but until then, familiarize yourself with Herman Cain, he is the real deal.

Exclusive: Herman Cain, Dark Horse?

Herman Cain knows how to give a great speech. He was also a delightful man to interview. Mr. Cain sat with Tabitha Hale and me for a few minutes. We had a great conversation on Saturday afternoon of the Southern Republican Leadership Conference. He discusses God’s will for his life. He also talks about Republicans attracting people of color. He answers the question about whether racists dominate the Tea Party movement:

But how comes?

Thats a question i used to ask my Pap. I was a small child wondering how his grandpa knew everything. I kind of think of Charles Krauthammer like a wise old grandpa throwing down those life lessons.

His piece on Obama's nuclear position is filled with the kind of perspective and understanding that i doubt our President even has encountered in his liberal filled bubble.

Anyway, read it and wish a man like Krauthammer was in a position of power....

What Congressmen should look like

Lt. Col. Allen West is the kind of man that gives me hope for America's future. More knowledgeable about defending the country and the Constitution then Obama will ever be and exuding a kind of leadership that we need desperately right now.

Check him out and if you live in his district (Florida's 22nd) get out and spread his name and message around.

The more Lt Col Allen Wests we have in Congress the better.

Six brilliant minutes of Lt. Col. Allen West

But this speech is a different animal altogether. His depth of knowledge of what we are facing, from the Islamofacist threat within our borders, to the dismantling of the very substance of our electoral system by “irregulars” in society like ACORN, SEIU, and the New Black Panthers is both troubling and reassuring.

While the threat is clear, West is not fooled. And he has a plan. We need this guy in Congress.

We are very big fans of Col. West, who is running for Congress in Florida’s 22nd District. We caught up with him at CPAC, interview is here at our sister podcast site, Liberty Pundits dot com. West gave a barnburner of a speech last year that got over 2 million hits on YouTube. It is a must watch if you missed it.

The Real Deal

The left always likes to play to the stereotype that liberals are high brow intellectuals and conservatives are small town hicks who cling to their guns and religion. Not only is that completely ridiculous but the many of the greatest thinkers this nation has to offer are strongly conservative. Thomas Sowell, Walter E. Williams, Clarence Thomas, and this man....Mark Levin.

His radio show is one of my favorites for its historical perspective and always pertinent information....plus he has no problems calling an idiot, an idiot. Anyblah, if you have 45 minutes or so to kill, i strongly urge you to watch the speech he gave at the Reagan Library this past Friday. Obama would be eviscerated in a debate with Mr. Levin (turns out Obama isnt quite the thinker we were led to believe), but we will never get to see that, so this will have to do.

Knowing is half the battle....

I read a lot these days. Well, read, watch, and scroll as the internet has become an increasing dominant form of information consumption for me. One the things i look forward to each week, or so, is Bill Whittle's Afterburner at PJTV. Its a commentary from the mind of one of the most thoughtful, inspiring, and knowledgeable men the internet offers. I encourage you to check it out. Mr. Whittle's unique perspective always seems to provide a nugget of information found no where else. He blogs at the site EjectEjectEject.com and you can find his fascinating commentaries at PJTV.com.

To go straight to this weeks offering head HERE.

Definitely worth your time.
