Paul Ryan is everything Democrats fear

When trying to defeat the candidates and the ideas of the GOP the Democrats open their stale dusty playbook and stare at its lonely single page. It says:

1. Paint the candidate at stupid (see George W Bush, Sarah Palin, Ronald Reagan, Dan Quayle, etc)

2. Pain the candidate as old and out of touch (see George HW Bush, Ronald Reagan, Bob Dole, etc)

3. If both 1 and 2 fail, destroy opponent with petty character attacks and make them look evil

Paul Ryan is invulnerable to all these petty attacks. They have no way to combat his youthful vigor, intellectual yet down to earth nature, and boy scout reputation. He is the best kind of American success story and he appreciates it......that must drive them crazy.

Tonight was his coming out party on the national stage. Could he live up to the hype? Im sure the Democrats had every finger and toe crossed in feverish anxiety, hoping he wouldnt, but let me tell you......

He ROCKED it.

Paul Ryan is everything that makes this country great. A stark contrast to the belittling, "you didnt build it", negativity of Obama and his "government is the answer" failed philosophy.

You need to decide for yourself, of course, but tonight I was reminded once again, why i am a conservative. Freedom is the best medicine for all our country's problems, and only Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan are offering it as a solution. Tonight's speech stuck that to the wall with a Ted Nugent sized knife and said "Read it and weep, suckers!"

I just dont understand how anyone could believe in liberal policies. They dont work.

If we split the US in two and left liberals to run one half and conservatives the other, within 5 years the liberal half would be a mess and its citizens would flock to the conservative half. The worst part is, as soon as the liberals got there they would start trying to install the same liberal policies they just ran from after their complete failure. I see this in Pennsylvania. New Yorkers, having ruined their state, have flocked to PA for years. As soon as they got here, they started trying to liberalize us and now we are in the slowly falling into the pit of financial despair that New York has taken to calling home.

Most liberals are so brainwashed that no matter how many times their ideas fizzle, flop, or flounder an area into desolation and poverty, they can move onto the next place and like a swarm of locusts, destroy everything again, and never stop for a second to realize doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is psychopathy.

I know some smart people locked into this intellectual death spiral. Makes me wonder if its some sort of disease or disorder.....what else explains it?

Angry hateful....who?

The left, including the media, attempt to spin the Tea Party movement as a bunch of hating haters who hate while angry anger festers. Its crap. You know who is known for their malevolent behavior.....liberal protesters. I find it hilarious and incredibly frustrating that they spend hours every day trying to invent a negative demeanor for Tea Party folks while a nasty, obnoxious, lefty, spaz fest is going on and being ignored.

You know what i cant stand. I giant group of hypocrite whining whiners who whine while being hypocritical.

You dont call wanting Sarah Palin to "choke" hateful and angry.....imagine if someone held a sign that said "HOPE you choke" directed at Barack Obama.....all hell would break loose.

Just thought while we were on the subject of media malpractice id offer this article. You never seem to hear the media scolding the violent and disobedient public tantrums of left wing groups. The WTO protests alone are a left wing extravaganza of damage of public property and riot police. Dont remember hearing how angry they were or how they were mostly white men.

Did you hear about this in the news?

The truth is....we have protests and we are respectful and polite...we even clean up after ourselves. The left is destructive and immature when they gather usually ending up in arrests.

Yesterday, tens of thousands of Tea Party Protesters held attended rallies across this great nation… Not one was arrested.

The Dispatch reported, via Instapundit:

A crowd of more than 100 protestors faced off against about 50 police officers yesterday afternoon at Ohio State University in an attempt to bring public awareness to the conditions of Sodexo food-workers at university sporting events.

The protest caused a long backup of cars, particular in the southbound lanes of High Street, but traffic was starting to get back to normal by about 3:30 p.m.

The protest is part of a “smear campaign” against the firm by the SEIU in a bid to get the firm to exclusively negotiate with that union, said Sodexo spokeswoman Monica Zimmer.

20 year recession?

Ive said from the get go that Barack Obama and his progressive policies are suicide for a prosperous and free society. He is the anti Reagan. Just as Ronald Wilson Reagan engineered 20 years of peace and thriving economy, Obama is causing chaos on the world stage and dismantling the capitalist system dooming the US to 20 years of recession, hardship, and poverty.

Its a given that sycophantic press blame this coming dark era on everything but Obama's incompetent leadership and flawed thinking. George W. Bush does shoulder some blame by putting a crack in the capitalist dam, but a true leader would have fixed the leak not blown up the levee, Katrina style.

As America becomes more aware of her impending circumstances, keep an eye on where the blame is laid and what are labeled the problems.

The radical left has a history of using its own failures for proof that it hasnt gone far enough and that freedom has failed. That is possibly the dumbest thing anyone has ever thought in the history of the entire universe, but be prepared because the people surrounding Barack Obama actually believe it.

Obama's failures will pile on an already tired nation. Its going to get worse before it gets better. Just know that the answer to our problems is right in front of us. Liberty can repair the United States as quickly as big government liberalism has broken it.

If this was a poor defenseless Democrat attacked by a Tea Party patriot it would have been on the news 24/7 and be recycled anytime it was convenient. Per usual though, it has been virtually ignored even as the media attempts to paint the right as angry and out of control.

Two children sit the back of a car. Libby and Connie.

Libby pinches Connie so Connie calmly tells their Mother (named Media) of this and Mother dismisses it. Libby then pokes Connie. Again, Connie calmly notifies her Mother and is told to quiet down. Libby now starts to get bold, she pinches Libby again, this time followed by calling her a stupid face. Now Connie starts to get upset, she urges her Mother to force Libby to stop, but Mother tells Connie to stop being a tattletale.

Libby is further emboldened. Now she pokes, pinches, hits and calls Connie a name she learned from watching network TV. Mother finally reacts by asking what Connie did to inspire such anger from Libby. Connie claims nothing but Mother doesnt believe her. She then comforts Libby and tells her to not allow Connie bother her. Libby smiles as she realizes that there are no consequences to any of her actions. She unleashes pinches, smacks, pokes, names, hair pulling, and even a bite on Connie.

Connie had enough. She screams for Libby to stop, sticking a finger in her face as she threatens to defend herself if Libby raises another hand towards her. All the sudden the car screeches to a halt.

Mother gets out and comes to the back seat. Thinking she will finally be defended Connie breathes a sigh of relief as the door opens.

Wrong.

Mother tears into Connie calling her an instigator and a troublemaker. Asking accusing questions and demanding her to behave. Mother denounces Connie's threats of violence and is told she will be punished when they return home. Finally, Mother asks Connie what must be wrong inside her head to behave in such a way. As she turns to go back to the front seat she asks Libby if she is okay and offers her the reward of sitting in the front seat in order to "protect" her from Connie.

Connie can only sit aghast and what kind of world she lives in.

Red vs Blue

Its simple really....you take two states very similar in population and ethnic makeup. One is run with liberal policies and politicians beholden to unions and special interest groups, the other with conservative values and minimal government intervention. You take the results and use the facts to show which is the most successful method to run government.

The states? California and Texas. The results.....frighteningly obvious. Texas is one of the most prosperous states in the union and one of the most conservative while California's state government is dominated by liberals and progressive policies and in danger of bankruptcy.

So why would anyone still consider using the progressive method to govern?

Seriously WHY? Explain it to me.

How could anyone defend the universal failure that is liberal policy? Whats worse, Obama wants to take America down the California road filled with empty storefronts and potholes while the Texas road shines like gold and bustles with busy happy citizens. It blows me away.

Its as easy as choosing success or failure.
